Dynatrace has an open position for a Sales Development Representative, focused on the high growth markets including Australia & Japan, reporting to the SDR Manager based in Sydney. You will work closely with our Enterprise Sales team to generate demand and qualify opportunities for our Software Intelligence Solution whilst also qualifying leads from our innovative marketers. You must be self-driven, motivated to learn and work with others, and have a strong passion to over-achieve.

Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive research on accounts by using Google, LinkedIn and other tools you will be provided.
Profile assigned accounts by developing an understanding of the accounts’ business IT challenges and market positioning.
Drive outbound ‘named account’ prospecting to generate new logo business opportunities, call into senior IT management and liaising with C-Level and senior IT management contacts.
Educate prospects about Dynatrace enterprise solutions and qualify opportunities to do business with.
Execute programs to increase pipeline generation, strategic event participation and create promotion awareness.
Use Salesforce to track activities, attend weekly territory forecast meetings and update team on progress of identified activities.
Provide input to marketing including feedback on quality of leads from marketing programs.
 
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience selling
Strong Business Japanese and English (written, read, spoken) skills are required
Basic understanding of the ANZ & Japan IT landscape/market
Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
College diploma/university degree or equivalent experience
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
