What would you do

  • Work hand-in-hand with a Community Manager to grow a thriving and vibrant community of Dynatrace customers and internal experts.
  • Identify and create engagement opportunities across forums.
  • Monitor discussions and help ensure that questions are answered quickly.
  • Moderate content posted in the forums and ensure that all communications and content are appropriate.
  • Champion the use and adoption of the community to improve self-service and increase the ability of our customers to find solutions to their questions without support team engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Documentation, Product Management, Development, Support) to produce content required by customers; identify missing or outdated content.
  • Process and analyze Community suggestions to ensure that every user’s feedback is heard.
  • Identify top contributors and outstanding content that may be a subject of recognition.
  • Provide input to the Dynatrace Community platform team to drive requirements that improve the user experience within the Community.

Recruitment process

  • Step 1: Please send us your application.
  • Step 2: If we decide that your application matches our profile we will invite you for on-line screening interview with our Talent Acquisition team representative.
  • Step 3: At this stage, we would like to challenge you with a task. You will be asked to prepare a presentation with the challenging task.
  • Step 4: Final step will be a managerial interview which will also include a presentation with the task.
  • If everything works out, you meet with the Hiring Manager and HR representative to sign your contract and celebrate your joining the Dynatrace Team! 

Remuneration

  • Community Moderator: 6000 - 8000 PLN gross per month
