Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for future customers, helping to create demand for our Dynatrace platform. You'll work with top-performing Account Executives to qualify leads from our marketing team and drive the sales pipeline to close. Your journey begins with a 3-week bootcamp, where you'll learn outbound calling, persona-based questioning, email strategies, IT fundamentals, and Dynatrace software. Join us and receive mentorship, participate in workshops, and gain real-world sales experience

Whether you're a recent graduate, or a junior developer this full-time program equips you with the skills needed for success at Dynatrace, helping you find your ideal path within our tech teams and beyond. A foundational knowledge of Java, JavaScript (React, Angular), or web technologies is required, along with a passion for innovation and collaboration.
