What will help you succeed

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and familiarity with cloud-native tools like ArgoCD (or Helm)
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and practical experience with tools such as GitHub Actions or Harbor
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane, or CloudFormation) and an automation-first mindset
• Knowledge of AWS (or other major cloud providers) and containerization concepts
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and platform teams to improve delivery pipelines
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an agile environment, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and internal customers
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve processes

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Crossplane or advanced Kubernetes operators
• Familiarity with shell scripting
