Your role at Dynatrace

• Your goal will be to reduce the cognitive load of software development teams by offering a CI/CD platform that ensures a seamleas developer experience. You will build services, tools, templates, and processes for our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that enable teams to bootstrap development, continuously integrate changes, continuously deliver their build artifacts, and distribute them across various stages and environments
• You will work extensively with backend and infrastructure components, focusing on building scalable services, data processing, API development, CI/CD pipelines and dev tooling.
• You will be a part of the whole implementation process, starting with talks with Product Managers and Architects through design, coding and release preparation
• You will be a part of a highly motivated engineering team with high standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Improve craft as an engineer and widen horizon beyond current assignments, seeking to learn from peers, feedback, and observation, as well as from trainings and technical literature
• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality of code, and design principles

What will help you succeed

• Technical study in Computer Science or a similar field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Skills in or at least interested to learn various languages, frameworks and technologies
• Able to distinguish the good, the bad, and the ugly regarding engineering practices and provide feedback
• Hands-on team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ideally, you have experience with cloud native environments and platform engineering (K8s, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ..)

Compensation and Rewards

• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 55,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
