Your role
As a Team Captain with a strong focus on supporting people, you’ll thrive in our cloud-native environment using TypeScript, and React.js, while leveraging a rich toolbox of technologies to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. You’ll collaborate closely with highly skilled engineers, embracing practices like pair programming to build software end-to-end—from debugging and testing to deployment and optimization.

What will help you succeed

5+ years of experience developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript
2 years of hands-on mentoring experience, supporting team members in their growth and performance
Proven track record as a People Lead, not just a Tech Lead—emphasizing mentoring, coaching, performance management, and career development
Strong academic background in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Solid understanding of core Web APIs, HTML, and CSS
Excellent knowledge of React and modern frontend development practices
A user-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
Empathetic and supportive personality, passionate about feedback culture and knowledge sharing
Comfortable working in agile teams, with a collaborative and iterative approach
