Your role at Dynatrace

Are automated, cloud-native environments your specialty? Join us in building and delivering Dynatrace clusters on Kubernetes across multiple cloud providers. We design and maintain GitOps-based tooling for deploying large-scale Dynatrace clusters on AKS, GKE, and EKS, ensuring reliability and scalability for our global platform. Our solutions are a critical part of the Dynatrace release cycle, empowering teams across the company to deploy and operate efficiently.

Your Impact:

• Design and implement Terraform modules for provisioning and managing Kubernetes clusters in Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Research and integrate emerging Kubernetes technologies into our platform.
• Ensure the health and stability of our production deployment systems.
• Analyze usage patterns and drive continuous improvement of our GitOps tooling.
• Advocate for Kubernetes best practices across development teams.
• Develop Python and Bash automation for cluster lifecycle management and deployment workflows.

What will help you succeed

• Strong software engineering skills in Python and Bash.
• Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes architecture and operations.
• Passion for Linux and shell scripting expertise.
• Excellent team collaboration and good command of English (min. B2)

Compensation Data

• We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Base salary range — starting from 16.000 PLN gross per month.
