Your role at Dynatrace

• You will develop a product that is essentially a distributed debugger running invisibly in complex production environments, delivering maximum value while incurring minimum overhead.
• You will develop an application that works both in multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
• You will be a part of the whole implementation process, starting with talks with Product Managers and Architects through design, coding and release preparation.
• You will be a part of a mature development team with years of experience.
• You will have one day per sprint devoted just to self-development and mentoring from best-in-class software engineers.

• You will be working with highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork, utilizing collaborative practices such as pair programming to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years of professional C/C++ experience
• Memory management, concurrency, profiling, performance tuning
• Kubernetes experience in production:
• Observability experience:
• Prometheus metrics (exposition formats, scraping, alerting basics)
• Familiarity with Grafana or similar visualization tools
• Logs/traces and the value of end-to-end telemetry
• Solid software engineering practices:
• Automated testing (unit/integration), CI/CD, code reviews, documentation
• Version control (Git) and issue tracking
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and clear written/spoken communication

Compensation and Rewards

• We offer only employment contracts and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.

• Base salary range - starting from 16.000 PLN gross per month
