Cosmo Santullo Joins dynaTrace’s Board of Directors Veteran Technology Executive to Help Company Redefine the APM Market

Boston – September 15, 2009 – dynaTrace software, the innovator and emerging leader in application performance management (APM), announced today that Cosmo Santullo has joined the company’s Board of Directors. An experienced technology general manager and sales and marketing executive, Mr. Santullo most recently served as senior vice president of worldwide sales and services at BMC Software.

Mr. Santullo brings more than thirty years of executive experience in building and leading successful technology companies to dynaTrace. He recently spent four years as senior vice president of worldwide sales and services with BMC Software, a leader in systems management. He began his career at IBM, building and scaling large organizations for 20 years in a variety of sales and marketing roles, culminating as general manager of IBM’s $8Bn North American personal systems division. Mr. Santullo subsequently served as EMC’s senior vice president of global marketing. Prior to his role at BMC, Mr. Santullo spent several years as a CEO, Board member, and advisor to a variety of early stage and public technology companies.
