FIDUCIA Puts Faith in dynaTrace Diagnostics

dynaTrace Diagnostics® from dynaTrace software, the leader in deep production performance diagnostics for heterogeneous Java/.NET enterprise applications, was selected by the FIDUCIA Group, one of the ten leading IT service providers for financial service providers in Germany, to optimize its development. The diagnostics software should, in this first phase, be mainly used for the development of new Java/J2EE applications. As an IT competence centre and the largest IT service provider in the FinanzVerbund conglomerate (financial banking transaction network), FIDUCIA oversees around 800 Volksbank and Raiffeisen banks and offers solutions for modern banking services.
“We wanted to broaden our horizons and looked at several products in the area of monitoring and diagnostics tools,” said Peter Bach, Performance Engineer at FIDUCIA. “dynaTrace Diagnostics was clearly a cut above the other tools with regard to the precision of its diagnostics.” Using PurePath technologies dynaTrace has become a technological leader in performance diagnostics. The PurePath technology® breaks down the behaviour of transactions even over several logical and physical servers which are communicating with each other. The individual servers and layers can be based on different platforms like Java or .NET. dynaTrace Diagnostics measures the data relevant to performance of a transactions execution path down to Methods level.
