Product Training: The 3-day product training course provides participants with a complete overview of dynaTrace Diagnostics’ features, usage scenarios and benefits. The training targets users as well as reselling and consulting partners who want to learn how to configure and use dynaTrace Diagnostics for performance analysis, problem diagnosis or monitoring.
Advanced Training: The 5-day advanced training course builds upon the Product Training course and covers best practices in configuration, analysis, diagnosis, troubleshooting and monitoring. Participants learn how to iteratively analyze complex systems even if their design and structure is not well known, as is the case with third-party software packages.
The Advanced Training courses are held at dynaTrace training centres.

Our certification program consists of two optional steps:

Product Certification: Participants in Product Training can also become certified in dynaTrace Diagnostics. This certification is a prerequisite for partners to conduct product presentations on their own.
Advanced Certification: Once participants complete the Product Certification course, they become eligible for our Advanced Certification course. This consists of advanced theory and a section focusing on practical configuration and diagnosis. The Advanced Certification is optional, yet is a prerequisite for partners to conduct Proof-Of-Concepts or workshops themselves.
